We brought our pet in this evening and despite our pet not feeling well the experience couldn’t have been more seamless. First I’d like to say that we called at 630 as they close at 8 and were told that they would see our dog. That was such a load off as the emergency hospital had no doctor so that wasn’t an option. I second all the wonderful, kind things other posters have said. I could not have asked for a kinder, more understanding or more compassionate group of people to care for my nieces dog she took in this afternoon. The doctor, the technician & the rest of the staff were absolutely amazing. While we did have to put him down in the end, they did everything they could to make that process as smooth as possible. I cannot thank this clinic enough for saving my cat Hosmer after he was hit by a car. From the start, the doctors and technicians went above and beyond, treating him like their own, keeping me updated, and answering every question with patience and honesty. This used to be a place that helped you so you didn’t have to go to VESH. However, now since VESH doesn’t have vets they won’t help unless your dog is almost dead. I wasn’t treated well by the staff nor did they ask me what was going on when my dog in the four hours I waited. My dog went home shaking in pain, and the cat next to me had a broken leg and couldn’t get an xray.
