The staff working here was great! It was the owner that was absolutely horrible! I rushed my pup there because he had fluid in his chest. The staffed helped as much as they could and worked out a treatment plan for him but the price was horrifying! I couldn't help but question the price. I was then put on the phone with the owner. She tried using colorful vocabulary and dodged my questions when I finally lost my patience and told her that she wasn't answering my questions. open til midnite...staff is wonderful...answer all your ? s plus keep u calm during it all....if your Vet isnt available after 6pm and on the weekend yes ...i recommend urgent pet care in papio...

Horrible customer service. Called to see what availability they had and was told two times. Discussed it with my wife and called back one minute later and oh we don’t have anything for a few hours.
