I know these physicians and I like them very much. The front staff was not at a professional when we called needing them to contact my friends insurance about a PA for her fracture boot I asked them to write a prescription for. They actually refused to call the insurance because apparently the front desk knows more than my friends insurance company. The front desk staff and nurses were very professional and kind. In and out quickly - even though I was a walk in. Dr Hester fabulous!! Examined leg a put me at ease after accident. X-ray good. Gave me advise on how to ease pain. Good bedside manner!!
The people are great but they need to put a wheel chair accessible entrance in front of the business.
