Dr Wan is amazing however the clinic is not. Trying to get a hold of reception or the nursing line is a joke. They never pick up and they never return calls. Every time I see the doctor they say the front desk will schedule an appointment they never do and will never call you. You have to call them to get anything done but again they never answer

Convinced me to have a brain surgery, and said I would always be a patient of the neurology program in Alberta. 6 months after my surgery my family abandons me, I reach out to the neurology clinic for help, and get told to call a distress center. Called the distress center and was told I require professional help. Called the neurology clinic back and asked them why are they pawning their work off on volunteers at the distress center while they get paid 6 figures a year from out taxes, and I would like to speak to a manager. ... read more

They have some of the best doctors that specialize in epilepsy They actually care about your safety and do the best they can just remember to communicate properly with them don't be disrespectful because funding for epilepsy is very limited in Canadas health care system compared to other parts of the Healthcare system so things take a while sometimes
