WARNING not an urgent care. You will be billed as if you are going to a hospital. Auburn Community Hospital calls this an urgent care but bills you as if you walked into the hospital itself. Very scummy thing to do. Good luck getting paid. I hope to see you court.

I had a surprisingly good experience at this urgent care. I came in, presenting a swollen wrist after falling. It was a Holiday weekend. I received exceptional care, The facility was clean and comfortable and I feel the nurses, physicians assistant and technicians all did whatever they could to make me feel better. I left there knowing I was properly treated and had good follow up instructions.

I visited this urgent care in July of 2026 for a torn calf muscle. The experience was fine, they didn't do any testing but told me to ice and elevate my leg and gave me a consult for an ortho if it didn't improve. However, I want people to beware that this is not billed to insurance as an urgent care, it is billed as a hospital visit since it is part of Auburn Hospital system. What I thought would be a $50 copay has turned into 2 bills of nearly $400 for a doctor to tell me little about my leg.

Great visit there with a family member today. The receptionist was friendly and efficient. My family member and I got placed in a room very quickly where we met our awesome nurse. The nurse was kind, knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable. The PA was top notch and did not make us feel rushed . She listened intently to our concerns. She was highly intelligent and informative. The nurse and PA both really took the time to answer all of our questions and to explain everything thoroughly to us. All star team there.
