We received really good care and great service from the nurses and the doctor.
The Urgent Care Skaneateles was a quick wonderful experience. The girls at the desk were efficient and prompt and dealing with Ken and Emma was a delight. I highly recommend this Urgent Care if you ever need anything!
My first experience at Urgent Care in Skaneateles was much better than expected after reading the negative reviews. I went in for acute lower back pain, was seen in about 20 minutes. They did X-rays on site and I spent less than two hours total. I was very impressed by all the staff. They let me talk and actually listened.
I would like to make a complaint about Urgent Medical Care of Skaneateles, 803 West Genesee Street, Skaneateles, NY 13152 and the physician who is known as Anton Chertkovsky. My experience going to the walk-in clinic was not pleasant. I sat around in the waiting room for over an hour because they only had one nurse working on a Saturday.
