I enjoy the proximity of this location to my home, but so far my experience leaves much to be desired. First nobody called me about lab results for over a month, but magically when I called, they were available. Next Megan Kilkenny, APN, told me that my prescription was sent to the pharmacy. *updated* Editing my original review. Although the wait time is horrendous the staff is just too nice to drop 3 stars on. Be prepared to wait a VERY long time regardless if you have an appointment or not. Staff is very friendly, but I will not be coming back here unless I absolutely have to. My time is too valuable.
Dr. Kaladas has been my primary for 6 or 7 years now. He is the best doctor I've had because he is so kind and never rushes me. Other doctors I see usually make me feel rushed that I try to talk quickly but Dr. K always listens and treats me with respect and compassion.
Dr Kaladas has been my PCP for 4 or 5 years at this point and I’ve been extremely happy. I haven’t had any issue with the office staff and the nurses have been great. Dr Kaladas and any students that I’ve met with have been professional, thorough, and had a good “bed-side manner”. Will continue using them.
