I love this doctor's office so much. Megan Kilkenny is the absolute best. I had a doctor before her who did the bare minimum when it came to my health, despite my ongoing health issues that he knew about. I found Megan and I will forever be thankful that I did. She got me answers I needed regarding the things I was going through despite my other doctor never being able to figure it out, in weeks. Something he couldn't do in months.
I enjoy the proximity of this location to my home, but so far my experience leaves much to be desired. First nobody called me about lab results for over a month, but magically when I called, they were available. Next Megan Kilkenny, APN, told me that my prescription was sent to the pharmacy. It wasn’t. The pharmacy is trying to reach the office but there is no reply. I called the office regarding this issue and was told I’d get a call back once M.Kilkenny came in. I didn’t get a call. *updated* Editing my original review. Although the wait time is horrendous the staff is just too nice to drop 3 stars on. Be prepared to wait a VERY long time regardless if you have an appointment or not. Staff is very friendly, but I will not be coming back here unless I absolutely have to. My time is too valuable.
