Megan Kilkenny in awesome!!! The rest of the place borders on incompetent. I saw Megan in late July at which time I requested a low dose cat scan and for them to begin the process of getting prior authorization for my Mounjaro. They asked me where I wanted to go for the cat scan and I told the University Radiology. The following week I get a call for RWJB hospital in Somerset to set up an appointment. They are affiliated with RWJB so they are trying to keep me in their system but I'm not going to pay for a hospital when URAD... read more
I love this doctor's office so much. Megan Kilkenny is the absolute best. I had a doctor before her who did the bare minimum when it came to my health, despite my ongoing health issues that he knew about. I found Megan and I will forever be thankful that I did. She got me answers I needed regarding the things I was going through despite my other doctor never being able to figure it out, in weeks. Something he couldn't do in months.
I enjoy the proximity of this location to my home, but so far my experience leaves much to be desired. First nobody called me about lab results for over a month, but magically when I called, they were available. Next Megan Kilkenny, APN, told me that my prescription was sent to the pharmacy. It wasn’t. The pharmacy is trying to reach the office but there is no reply. I called the office regarding this issue and was told I’d get a call back once M.Kilkenny came in. I didn’t get a call.
