The person at the front desk was aloof and short tempered. My PCR results took a while to upload to the portal, so I called them. The woman I spoke to said that she would email my results, but I never received them. So I’m not sure who they were emailed to. After receiving my results, I noticed that my vitals and other information had been added to my chart, but no one took my vitals, asked about symptoms, or offered treatment. I would recommend a different location if you have access to one.
Medical Care is necessary. The lack of great customer service is not. The docs seem Kool. Front desk. A pain
