Leilani and her team at the Auckland branch have done an absolutely phenomenal job retrieving my prohibited item from NZ Post APC and transferring it to their depot. While many other companies either fail to communicate or require you to be a business account holder just to get assistance -I'm only an one off customer, Urgent Couriers truly stood out. very poor customer service. christchurch woman driver is horrible attitude. I don't understand why she was grumpy.
