This was my second visit to Springfield Urgent Care in White Lake. Everyone has been friendly and professional. Great experience and I highly recommend them!
Where do I begin. It taught me a lesson.... Go to a reputable urgent care that is affiliated with a hospital. They're all about billing the insurance company not about making sure that the treatment that you received was done correctly. Even after speaking to the office manager about my concerns and no call backs, promising to call me back, she led by example for the employees and didn't call back.
