I made my Urgent Care appointment online so when I got there I just signed 3 things & waited until my appointment time & was called within minutes of my appointment time. Did not wait to see Dr but maybe 3 minutes. Everyone very helpful & professional.
Friendly staff. No wait time while I took an early morning appointment. However, after they reviewed x-rays of my foot, the doctor there told me there was a break and told me to go see an ortho. When i went to see one the next day he said there was bo break.
Been here twice. First visit was fine , slow , even with appointment.. DR put me on medication that I had severe side effect from and I’m still recovering today from it ugh. Second visit , Jasmine asked to Record our conversation even though there is clearly a sign in the 2 rooms i have been in, that have a sign that says states “we respect your privacy no recording, videos etc.. she said it’s only for chart , i said absolutely not!! My husband was seen today by Jasmine PA. She was very thorough and knowledgeable. She explained her findings and gave us time to ask questions. The girl at the desk, when you first come in, was very friendly and efficient as well as the Med Tech and Xray Tech. Thank you, Pam Meranda
