Love the option to book a spot for urgent care
Had to visit urgent care today, I was an awesome experience. Everyone was very helpful, got the care that I needed and services were very fast and efficient.
Severely under staffed practice for the amount of patients they serve. Each Doctor has way too many patients to provide even an adequate level of care. They have no time to follow up with patients and make sure all symptoms and conditions are addressed. My Dr is wonderful however severely overwhelmed, and over worked. The number of Doctors needs to increase and the work loads of current Doctors need to be decreased to improve care for all patients.
It is easier finding hen's teeth than getting help from this so called medical facility. Have been v working way more than a month just to get a work order processed. Staff doesn't seem to care about doing their job and the doctor doesn't respond to requests to return phone calls. Unfortunately, I cannot post a negative rating. Minimum result is one star. They have not earned it. Their main goal seems to be to keep the fees coming and if the patient is served, that is a residual extra. Can't find another pcp fast enough.
They did great patient care and treated me with respect. Great place to go
