Came in with a painful throat and ears. Doctor barely looked at me. He threw the door open when he left and didnt even say I could go. So I asked someone else if that was the case. Didn't get tested for anything. He just said it was a bug.
I love Dr Tou. He is literally the best doctor in this town he's compassionate. He takes his time to actually listen to you. I've been going there for years and I've never had a bad experience. I get excited when I know it's gonna be him especially with my children. He's an amazing doctor. I wish he did primary care. I'm sure half of the town would join his practice. The doctor named David. Would not tell me his last name . Was extremely rude and condescending. Came in after I was waiting in the room for 20 minutes . And the waiting room for 45. Only to read what I told the front desk . And tell me that there’s nothing he can do . And he will send antibiotics to a pharmacy . I asked him if he even took a closer look at what was going on .
