Zero privacy at this clinic. They expect you divulge very personal medical information in front of an entire waiting room full of people. No I don’t want to be stared at by 30 people who all know about my private areas because you won’t let me see anyone without announcing personal medical details to the entire room. Absolutely ridiculous.
Yes it takes awhile but they are always so kind and helpful.
Never any help what’s the point of being labeled urgent care when they don’t have available physicians to do something to avoid having to go to the emergency. My issue was not getting worse it just needed to be treated properly by a physician. I shouldn’t have to go to the ER for this matter. This community needs to tighten up on basic healthcare. I’ve heard nothing but negative things about Oroville hospital and how they don’t treat patients properly. Yikes!
