DO NOT GO! IT IS CLOSED!!! The same thing just happened to us as the previous reviewer. My child hit their head and was bleeding pretty bad, I knew he probably needed stitches. I called and asked if there was a wait or if I should just head to the ER instead and they said no, come on in. Only to get there and find the phone number forwarded to the west clinic 22 MINUTES AWAY. They need bigger signage. It looks open until you get to the small note on the door that says it’s closed.

We are visiting from out of town and our child has strep symptoms. Called the number on the website to verify that the clinic was open and headed there after the friendly voice on the other end of the line assured me that they were open until 10, only to discover that this location is closed. The phone forwards to a clinic in West Omaha, which is open but is also nowhere near here.

Children ONLY. The staff is very nice and helped us to find an immediate care clinic that treats adults.

I have been seen regularly by a provider at this location! She has always been excellent but when I call the nurses line to try to get my almost 1 year old daughter to be soon the nurse was rude uncaring and not helpful at all! I called about my daughter having a severe allergic reaction to what I thought was the amoxicillin she was taking for an ear infection! The nurse refused to get her in told me to continue giving it to her so she literally got even worse had terrible welts and hives I was in tears and finally took her ... read more
