- 20 STARS. Receptionist was to lazy to lift a finger afraid she would loose a couple caloriesdoing any type of work, RUDE AND LAZY doesnt even donit justice. When I walked in she was hiding behind tje tall desk appread tp be sleeping. Disquested to say the least but most appropriate summary. I WALKED OUT, I was the only one inside wasn't like she was overwhelmed with work or anything.... LAZINESS AT ITS BEST I WILL NEVER GO BACK OR REFER ANYONE.
We are extremely disappointed in our experience at this urgent care. My son, went by himself and paid a $100 copay, only to be told he did not have the flu and was cleared to return to work because he was “not contagious.” The very next day, his condition worsened so badly that we had to rush him to another urgent care because he felt like he was going to pass out. The worst urgent care ever. I went late at night due to an excessive amount of vomiting and fever, but when the doctor stepped in he only opened the door and stayed right there. I explained what was going on but he told me they’ll bring me a pill to take at that moment and send medication to the pharmacy. They didn’t even try to identify what was wrong or what it could’ve been. No questions, nothing. THE WORSE. I could’ve been dying and they wouldn’t have cared.
They knew exactly what I came for they knew I needed a strep throat test . I paid $100 for the visit and then AFTER they came in the room with the test he said " the strep test will be $80 the $100 was to be seen ." if they knew I had to pay for a strep test when I STATED I WAS THERE FOR A STREP TEST why would they wait until after I'm seen to tell me there was an extra charge to revive the test . & eveytime I come here they say nothing is wrong just to go to the hospital another day and there be SO MUCH wrong .
