This office is awful. I go in because I have been sick several days with no improvement and began seeing dark brown phlegm so i wanted to go make sure it wasnt the start of pneumonia and they didnt even listen to my lungs. the Dr is a smart ass who doesnt want to be there. Didn't do a single test on me just told me my insurance wasnt going to cover any cold meds gave me a zofran and sent me home. I will be triple checking my insurance claim to be sure they dont claim tests were dont when they werent.
My mom went because she has rash and it’s been going on for a while and receptionist was rude as hell to her talking about I don’t want to touch it it can be contagious and gave my mom a dirty look and then the doctor didn’t even actually examine her out he just stood there and told her well I can’t give you nothing because I don’t know what it is like are you not a doctor do your job and examine her and then for absolutely nothing they charged her almost 200 dollars just to be rude as hell receptionist were rude and lazy gi... read more
I had a great experience at this urgent care center. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was welcoming, efficient, and genuinely kind. They made the check-in process quick and stress-free, which really helped given I wasn’t feeling my best. The doctor was equally impressive—professional, attentive, and compassionate. He took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and explained everything clearly. I never felt rushed, which is something I truly appreciated.
AWFUL! Walked in with a BLOODY paper towel wrapped around my pinky as I had cut it on a Cuisinart blade. No one was in the facility except the receptionist, an assistant to the Dr., and I guess the Dr.! Filled our paperwork and actually had to "wait" for the assistant to call me in to the room after he had already asked to see my finger, I was able to clot at that point for just a few minutes, but was still bleeding. The doctor completely sucks , I didn’t even get his name the wait was so long just for the doctor to completely basically tell over me and disregard the whole wrongs for my daughter . Won’t be coming back here !
