AWFUL! Walked in with a BLOODY paper towel wrapped around my pinky as I had cut it on a Cuisinart blade. No one was in the facility except the receptionist, an assistant to the Dr., and I guess the Dr.! Filled our paperwork and actually had to "wait" for the assistant to call me in to the room after he had already asked to see my finger, I was able to clot at that point for just a few minutes, but was still bleeding. The doctor completely sucks , I didn’t even get his name the wait was so long just for the doctor to completely basically tell over me and disregard the whole wrongs for my daughter . Won’t be coming back here !
- 20 STARS. Receptionist was to lazy to lift a finger afraid she would loose a couple caloriesdoing any type of work, RUDE AND LAZY doesnt even donit justice. When I walked in she was hiding behind tje tall desk appread tp be sleeping. Disquested to say the least but most appropriate summary. I WALKED OUT, I was the only one inside wasn't like she was overwhelmed with work or anything.... LAZINESS AT ITS BEST I WILL NEVER GO BACK OR REFER ANYONE.
We are extremely disappointed in our experience at this urgent care. My son, went by himself and paid a $100 copay, only to be told he did not have the flu and was cleared to return to work because he was “not contagious.” The very next day, his condition worsened so badly that we had to rush him to another urgent care because he felt like he was going to pass out.
