Was treated very professionally. From the front desk to the provider.
I have been to this clinic many times. The staff is attentive . Easy to work with and knowledgeable. My Nurse, Blanca, was a pleasure. She made me feel right at home. We spent some time catching up with each other. I am as happy to see her doing so well. Like the rest of the staff she was attentive. They took care of my seasonal allergies and got me back to work. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Urgent Care TX – Cleburne I was so sick and went in expecting a long wait, but they got me right in — maybe 10 minutes tops. Everyone there was kind, professional, and really took the time to help me feel better. What impressed me even more was that they actually called me on Monday to check in and see how I was doing. You don’t see that kind of care very often anymore. Highly recommend this clinic — they truly care about their patients.
Had my pinkie finger get nicked. Went in filled out paperwork, paid copay. Was greeted and spoke to kindly. Was put back in a room quickly and they cleaned my wound, wrapped it, sent the antibiotics script to the pharmacy. Very nice patient and kind, whole staff! Thank you so much all of you!!!
I have NEVER experienced above and beyond patient care like I did with Michelle, Karen, Tiffany and Bryanna!!! Their customer service and southern hospitality should be the example of all other medical facilities!! Thank You Ladies!!!
