Came in at 2:30 and was out by 2:45. Sadie at the front was friendly and got me checked in quickly. Cheyenne was sweet and caring and was gentle giving me 3 shots. Kris, the PA took time to explain his plan of treatment. I felt comfortable talking to him and felt he was very knowledgeable.
What an amazing place. Their membership program is awesome. I was very nervous because I don’t have insurance, but they took care of me and I was able to set up the membership program and get same-day treatment all on a walk in all within two hours. They did an x-ray and Kris And Cheyenne were so great and friendly. They took great care of me. I’m looking forward to holding this membership and coming here anytime I have an emergency.
I can't say enough great things about Ashley and the team at Urgent Care TX! They were absolutely phenomenal—friendly, professional, and efficient. Ashley got me in and out quickly without sacrificing quality of care. The testing was thorough, and their findings were accurate, giving me peace of mind. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch urgent care service!
