I had a great experience @ urgent care. Every employee was kind and professional! Dr. Was thorough & aggressive With treatment. I'm glad I went.
Great service here! They are new to town and are very courteous, professional and thorough! Dr. Marie was excellent and had great bed-side manners! Welcome to Petaluma!!
They were very thorough and if I have to I will go there again. They were great! However, after writing this I went to see a surgeon and there was no way for the doctor to access the many X-rays they took so I had to have new X-rays taken. I gave the doctor's office the papers I was given to access the x-rays and they still could not access them. The doctor was aware that I was going to Redwood Orthopedic and I assumed they would forward them. So this was fail that they need to work on for future patients.
The front desk staff was kind, polite and attentive and the Doctor was very observant and cautious while tending to me. Overall it was a great experience thank you for your service.
