This is NOT urgent care. It's a very basic walk-in doctor service, that also charge you $100 with no Medicare rebate.
False advertising. Private practice pretending to be a government urgent care clinic. Website says they offer medicare and bulk billing. When you arrive there are signs everywhere saying they aren't a bulk billing practice.
Biggest waste of time and money. Definately a legal case for false advertising. No x-ray despite saying there was. They don't do in-house bloods...like it says. They don't do chest pain assessment....like it says. We booked for 10am saw a Dr at 11am...who was lovely but couldn't do any of the things we came to do to avoid hospital. The fact that they charged us was criminal.
