I went to this clinic after I was hit from behind in a car accident. The person who hits me, their insurance told me to go to an urgent care and get checked out as my injury was not an emergency. I went to this urgent care and they would not service me. They told me they would not see me because I was in a car accident. I called the insurance provider after I was refused and this insurance said they have never in their life heard of try at happening and the clinic was wrong to refuse my service. I was seen 9/24/25 and the service and care that I received was excellent. Every person I dealt with was exceptionally kind and expedient. I will only use only this urgent care should I need immediate care in the future. The follow up phone call I received today showed their exceptional care. Thanks to all from the fantastic check in man, nurse and Dr. I wish I could remember their names personally!
Was refused service by the RECEPTIONIST! Was told there was nothing they could do for me and sent me away! She wouldn't even let me talk to a medical professional... Just went back to playing on her phone while I was standing there in pain.
