Went there a week ago for nose bleeds I've been getting almost daily doctor came in was informative on what I could do. As me and my husband were leaving the exam room he heard the nurse that did my vitals comment " the woman in room 8 there's nothing wrong with her " extremely dismissive and rude! After a blood test by my provider later that day she found I have an infection somewhere so there was something wrong with me after all. Her attitude was not what I call a good bed side manner. I am disappointed. I went to this office on Saturday April 18th, 2026. I suspected I may have a kidney infection with the following symptoms: 1. Fever on and off for a week (highest temp 101.9) 2. Pain in my right flank 3. Frequent urination. I NEVER mentioned pain, itching, or burning during urination! Nor a discharge. I was promptly taken in and they took my blood pressure. The dr and staff are very good. The place itself is dirty.
None of the urgent cares in town can never get children under 12yrs old in. When primary drs are full, or it's the weekend they recommend going to urgent care for your child's care but cant do that here. Its become such a regular thing they had a big beautiful red sign made for the front door. When before it was just a typed sign that was posted every once in a while. But every time we've had to come there is that big red sign to greet parents trying to get a small fix for their babies to get better.
