Have been to this place ONE TIME, back in 2012. Presented my insurance info and paid the copay. A few weeks later received a bill for the entire amount. They never filed on my insurance. I contacted them so they could correct themselves and they assured me it would be filed on my BCBS insurance (of which they are a provider for under contractual obligations). Well apparently they never filed or are trying to double dip! Because after more than TWO years I received a collection call for this bill for THE ENTIRE AMOUNT AGAIN!!... read more
