Long wait times, but the staff is really nice and accommodating. Handy to have the water bottle refill station and the snack machines.
This is no no joke at 7 jokes ! My wife came in today with chest pain and feeling horrible and after 7 hours in the waiting room the nurse says to be honest it looks like you have 3 people ahead of you and it should be roughly another 5-6 hour wait time . Whatta horrible place
I waited 15 hours in urgent care, explained that I had an prior spinal injury, I fell, had pain shooting down my leg and had bladder problems after the fall. I finally got checked at, but they scanned my foot to see if it was broken, I explained that I am here for my back and bladder, not my foot, gave me painkillers I didn't ask for, never got scanned for my back, diagnosed me with Sciatica, discharged me and prescribed me an prescription I never wanted
The staff were very professional they were very helpful the nurses and there aids . The technicians were professional and very knowledgeable. Would just like to add that the nurses should b getting double the money that they make . I have seen them get punched, kicked, spited , tackled, pushed against the wall and and held there till security came in and separated them both or patients coming in thinking that they should b seen first and if they don't the nurses take the brunt of it getting yelled at with foul language and t... read more
My relatives waited way too long to access help, washrooms were disgusting. People sleeping on the floor.
