Worst worst worst service ever..they don’t think patients are human beings….so so so rude behaviour
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the team at Seven Oaks General Hospital, especially Dr. Whitehall, Dr. Briscoe Derek Thomas, for their professionalism and prompt assistance. The assessment was done quickly, the doctor listened carefully to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and provided the necessary prescriptions and recommendations for my recovery. I am very grateful for your hard work and care for patients
I have to start off by saying that every single staff member I interacted with in Urgent Care was ABSOLUTELY COMPASSIONATE AND AMAZING, with the exception of DR. HUNT. Im not sure why the hospital employs a medical (UN)professional such as Doctor Hunt. He was rude and clearly has no intention of actually listening to his patients, he interrupted us every time we tried to share information with him. All hospitals in Winnipeg have loooong waiting times!!!!!
Long wait times, but the staff is really nice and accommodating. Handy to have the water bottle refill station and the snack machines.
