Unacceptable 12+ hour wait with no medical evaluation I am extremely frustrated with the service at Seven Oaks. We came in because my partner has been experiencing severe, debilitating stomach pain that makes it impossible to walk, accompanied by nausea. We have been waiting for more than 12 hours now, and triage informed us that there was only one doctor on duty. Have been waiting here from last 16 hours and people who got here after me are done already and they completely ignored me. When I got up and asked the Registration Clerk, That Rude Lady, she talked so aggressively even though I simply asked her how long is the wait time. WORST MANAGEMENT EVER.
Thank you so much to everyone, for going above and beyond, to help me today. I felt understood, comfortable, and treated with friendliness, respect. This facility is being managed very well, because despite in general healthcare problems, it is not so much felt here. They have the resources, and willingness to help. Very amazing doctors, nurses, and staff. Big bouquet to them and continued success.
