I have been in this Urgent Care since pandemic. I continue to go since I like the service. Today, Aug.23rd, I went there but they let me wait for a long time knowing the urgency of my situation. I went to Urgent Care Pros in Lakewood recently for asthma issues, and they got me taken care of quickly. The staff really listened, were attentive, and acted fast. They truly put the urgent and the care in urgent care. I’ve been to many urgent cares before where they didn’t treat asthma like the serious matter it is, which made me feel like they didn’t care. A few weeks ago, on a Sunday afternoon, I brought my five year old in for an ear infection. The medical provider recommended that my daughter's ear be flushed as there appeared to be wax in one her ears. The medical assistant administering the procedure walked into the room and immediately expressed his dismay at my daughter's discomfort, at one point chastising her for not being still and going as far as saying that she didn't need to make his Sunday afternoon any worse.
