Very disappointed. My 9 year old son has been with an extremely high fever he comes in and his fever is 102 the doctor looks in his ear checks his lungs and said he is fine. I’ll give you antibiotics IN case he has a virus .. lol wow.
Horrible front desk secretary. Doctor acted as if I was bothering by coming as a patient. Gave med cough meds that are making cough worse than when I went in and I am itching. I feel like I am allergic to the med. Asked to please have something else called into Walgreens. Front desk girl tells me it’s only been three days let me medicine work !! I asked can she please info the DOCTOR. She said I don’t know if she is working today but I will email her the case. So I asked what’s the next step do I call back today / tomorrow? ... read more
RecommendedThe Doctor was kind to us & they front desk nurse very helpful. I'm experienced a good service from them staff , they don't keep me waiting too long.
Charge you for Emergency visit so that you have to pay a higher copay.
The doctor doesn't like to treat patients! I was told that I came to soon to see him after spending a day with fever and chills. Not even a decent medical exam, i had to ask to be tested for strep throats and the flu. And left without even a prescription, because I didn't have anything! I'm an educated and professional person, I respect other people's professions. I'm also an U.S. veteran. However, this place lacks professionalism. I took my child because he was complaining about severe pain and the doctor asked me if I was really worried about that. I think the doctor was disrespectful and had no consideration about my ill child. I will never go back and not recommended.
