I live alone. I had 2 moles on my back removed Tuesday at Roswell in Buffalo and needed to change the bandages today. I phoned to make an appointment and was told they couldn’t do that because they had no billing code and I would need to hire a home health care nurse to change the dressing? I told them they are ridiculously narrow minded. I called an urgent care in Geneva and they saw me right away and I was in and out in 20 minutes.
