Have had good results with ortho but for the last 3 months it's been useless. Back and forth to get a mri and still nothing. They definitely enjoy taken that copay without providing services though.

I was supposed to get an MRI today pay already waiting to get it done just for them to say it’s wasn’t today it was the 12th and that the MRI supposed to call me which I never received only phone calls and notifications I have gotten was for today appointment. So the Doctor said I would be refunded. I call to check on my refund status and they gonna hang the phone up on me. The doctor admitted that it was their fault for not calling me. I know people can make mistakes but don't hang up the phone cause you don't know the answ... read more

There is not one negative thing to say about this wonderful, compassionate place. Dr Murtaza was exceptional. 1:30 appt. Check in, nurses questions, xrays and Doctor, diagnosis, called in prescription and back in my car on my way home at 2:40. It's so well run. Thank you Ortho NY.

Bedside manner is great. Staff tries to be very helpful. I cannot abide a $135 charge for a brace that costs $20 for one of the same specifications just to have the "OrthoNY" logo on it. That is non-ethical markup of a medically necessary item. Then, they send the charge top collections. I'd advise against anyone accepting braces from here because the nice doctors say it "should be" covered. With the disclaimer that if it isn't it's all on you.
