Every one from the operators who make appointments to the check in representatives to the CMA/CNA’s to the providers and finally to the check out representatives all have caring, and personal attitudes. They are also sensitive when needed and full of humor other times. Really enjoy going. Update: 2/09/26. Still highly recommend Summit. Outstanding service. I have never been that sick in my life and the staff immediately jumped into action. I encountered a staff of all men and as a female patient, I was surprisingly treated with dignity and respect. Each staff member supported me through the process of testing, x rays, IV support, and home care instructions. Bed side manners were excellent and I felt cared for each step of the way. I highly recommend this location for urgent care services and treatment.
Christian and coworkers were very caring and responsive to my needs. A little confusion with lab tests but all made correct in a timely manner.
