I had an appointment this morning at 9:30 a.m. When I arrived, everyone was standing outside. I asked what’s going on and one of the employees dressed in scrubs., a young Hispanic woman with rather large, fake eyelashes replies, back to me, come back in an hour, angrily. While I understand, she was frustrated that is no way to treat patients coming to their establishment. I had more questions, but she stomped off so as a result, I will not return.

Doctor Mendoza is a great doctor but getting through to anyone is the most frustrating experience I go through concerning my health. I have to drive there every time because they are incapable of answering the phones. Doctor Mendoza gets 5 stars, but the rest of this business would get a zero if it allowed me to. **update. Not a huge fan of the call center, but it did address my issue.

The phone center is terrible. It is difficult to understand the representatives, My pharmacy has put in multiple previous authorizations, but the office stated they were never received. It takes days to receive a call back if that! And been waiting for results tht should have been out. Patients should not have to do this; the ability to phone and speak directly with office staff should be standard. Rude answer call.
