Friendly staff, good experience
I want to express my gratitude to the receptionist at this location (I think her name is Shante? Sorry if I've misspelled it) . I visited this office because I made an appointment with Dr Mehar Oad, but I was told when I got there that only the PA would be available. Unfortunately, they couldn't assist me with the issue I had. However, Shante went above and beyond. My visit to the urgent care clinic was very positive, from the phone call I was treated with respect and the staff explained everything to me. I needed an infusion and was explained on what would take place. The nursing staff was excellent and thorough. The doctor was personable and funny. I look forward to returning for a primary care visit. Five Stars. Rhasha Hoosier
Great walk up clinic, no wait and very friendly staff. Nurse answered every question I had and went above and beyond to help my son. We saw the PA and she was amazing as well. Extremely through and we were able to leave without any questions being unanswered. Very happy with our experience.
