Went for rolled ankle and sinus infection, they want to covid test prior, cool, sit outside and wait, cool, not telling me their staff was out to lunch, not cool, wanting me to walk back to my car with a rolled ankle, also not cool, unfortunately this seems to be the only urgent care in the area and specialty seems to be making people feel unwelcome, priorities NOT being actual patient care. Disgraceful

I would leave 0 stars if I could. They insisted on testing me for C and flu curbside before being seen. They told me once I test negative for C and flu they would send me to the hospital for an X-ray before even seeing me to see if it was bronchitis or a sinus infection.

Finally saw the doctor who was very kind and prescribed medication which I started right away. Still had not gotten any relief by the following afternoon and called to see if I could get oral medication instead of drops and again was treated poorly by the staff, who wanted to debate how lon... read more

The nurse wore no gloves when she Injected me with a medication. Nobody seemed to have taken my concerns seriously when I am at an urgent care. I listed multiple issues on the paper and only one was talked about and taken care of then the nurse asked " Are the other things you wrote down something you want to take care of today?". I was rushed and not treated the way I should've been treated. I came in close to closing and so they didn't take me seriously. Didn't explain the medications they administered or prescribed, didn'... read more
