I called to book an appointment & the lady at the front desk was extremely nice. Also when I walked in, she was nice. The one star is for the lady at the desk. Otherwise, The nurse practitioner & nurse assistant were so rude & had no respect. The nurse assistant was so rude. If you can’t deal with sick patients & are paranoid you will get sick, sorry this isn’t the field for you.
Front desk extremely rude (black lady). Beyond disgusting attitude, she went off on a young lady who didn’t read the sign to sanitize and wear a mask. I get it but it’s how to treat and talk to people. The nurse was very nice and polite as well as the contract doctor from Cookeville. I’m Glad he was here! Extremely long wait however with no other patients waiting in the time period I was here. Nevertheless the nurse and doctor made the wait worth it and I’m glad they were both here.
The Person who answered the phone was rude to me when asking, was they Accepting new patients the lady get smart with me and “said this is a urgent care” so what do you mean?,I said excuse me can u say that again?” She hang up in my face she was ,white I can tell by her voice if not she was mad because she Work where she don’t want to I will never visit there from that along . I’m calling the supervisor and Manager they say the supervisor or manager wasn’t in today but I call them again thank ppl never trust rude ppl to help... read more
The doctor was good, medical assistant good, front desk staff absolutely terrible. Those 2 girls should probably pick a new profession because customer service/ patient care ain’t it for them.
Extremely rude wouldn’t even allow me to ask her a question then went on to call me back leave me a voicemail that she was going to cancel my appointment for the next day because it was the only appointment and it just HAD to be mine (which it wasn’t) just so rude
