Scott Cowger PA is fast and efficient
DO NOT GO HERE! They are so slow and the front office is rude and extremely unhelpful. Kept saying they are busy because they are an urgent care. Keep in mind we went on a Monday afternoon and we waited over 2 hours to be seen and yet they only called back 2 patients the whole time
They are always closed early. Every time I try to come (usually around 5 because I have to work) they are closed. They said they've reach maximum capacity but they are literally dead quiet with no cars in the parking lot and one person in the waiting room. Don't advertise that you're open until 6:30 if you stop taking patients at 5. Otherwise, its a waste of our time and gas when we could just go somewhere else to start with.
They stop seeing patients by 5:30… I showed up not knowing that by 5:36, coughing blood and 104 fever. The receptionist was rude about it. When does 6 minutes put red tape around human decency. The medical field not actually out to help people will always be crazy to me. Thanks for nothing.
Caught my pneumonia! I went in with a persistent cough that was getting worse. PA Anderson listened to my lungs and said they sounded fine, but asked to do a chest xray just in case. Turns out I had pneumonia and promptly started the antibiotics. There was no wait to be seen and staff were all nice!
