I had a really disappointing experience at Morgan City Urgent Care recently. I took my son in after something got into his eye during baseball practice, and we were the only ones in the waiting area. Despite that, we ended up waiting an unreasonable amount of time without any updates or communication from the staff, which was frustrating.
