Left a great review a month ago when I came to urgent care, came today and was denied because I have state insurance? That’s crazy to me. I’ve never been denied anywhere with my UCare. What a joke.
I called in early morning on Thursday for regular appointment. They booked me at 5:40pm. When I arrived, they said it's urgent care hour. Such a bad communication with patient when you have the board in front of the building as Clinic hours: M_T: 8am-6pm Fri: 8am-5pm I hope the organization can review and update so don't waste patient time. Thank you for your response. Your team told me that the clinic hour for regular end at 5pm, after 5pm is urgent...
