The staff, from receptionists, nurse and doctor were very accomodating and thoroughly explain my medical condition!
I brought my 85 year old mother here twice. Each time, my mother did not receive the care she needed. The staff treated her as if she were a burden. They were too busy or too important to address my mother's needs. Each time, I ended up taking her to a different facility where she was treated with compassion and care. There is nothing urgent about the staff or care that patiients receive at this facility. Urgent care of Latham, CCP needs to change their name from Urgent Care to We Don't Care.

Just tried to take my daughter who’s crying in pain to the urgent care and they closed 20 mins early and wouldn’t see us. Not the kinda place to go to if you need medical help. Theres an Albany med urgent care about less than 10 mins from here, go there instead
This is the second time that I’ve been this urgent care within the last year. Staff was very caring and most importantly the doctor listened to me and provided me with the care that I was seeking. I have been to other urgent care practices in the past and have not had good experiences. I highly recommend this practice.
