People at the front desk of urgent care are no help continued talking to her employees As I’m trying to tell her what’s wrong then couldn’t even help me get in yeah great staff only there for check
Treatment is always timely.They seem to be able move patients right along When I got there, there were 4 people ahead of me,yet I was walking out the door just over an hour later.my Treatment was very through, not rushed
I tend to be a little wary of community care, and really wish I had tried this urgent care location sooner. The space was incredibly clean. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. The wait was minimal. The service is offered far exceed other local chain urgent care clinics. The Monday through Friday hours are incredibly conducive to working professionals. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
couple things went wrong with this place, I came in with workers comp paperwork but somehow they sent the bill to me. Thats not the worst part, the worst part is I came in for a metal shard in my eye, the doctor on hand "found nothing" I spent the next 2 weeks in pain with sharp burning pains. Thats when I started fishing myself because it was unbearable.. finally pulled the metal out.l myself. they then sent me a 241 dollar bill for doing absolutly nothing. this is insane and they shoud be a little more accountable than thi... read more
