Sign at the door door and Google Maps say this is open at 10:00am. Arrived at 10:05 am and doors were locked and nobody was there. People need urgwnt care so this is ridiculous! People are waiting in pain and have medical emergencies yet you leave them like this?
I’ve called this ‘urgent’ care office 8 times since they’ve opened. Never have they answered. Not once. I’ll let my insurance know, that you’re refusing access to care, that is.
No doctor on site anymore!
I made the mistake of making this my primary care physician. Do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else. They're very careless, apathetic and disconnected from their patients...let me explain.
