This place is horrible.After a 3 hour wait the dr.pushed on my daughters stomach and said take her to Children's Mercy she may have appendicitis.So a headache,soar throat and vomiting equals that. Took her to a different doc and she has the flu. A quick swob of the nose is all it took not an e.r visit.Not to mention all of the office help are rude as hell.We will not be going there again.
I took my teenage son in to get stitches in his arm. He was treated quickly, the doctor was very thorough, the staff was polite and professional, and the doctor had a great bedside manner. I was impressed with the improved quality of care and professionalism of the staff!
I called to find out what kind of pricing they had since I was uninsured. No one answered the phone so I followed the voice prompt to leave a message. It said to leave my name phone number and message and the call would be returned no later than 30 minutes. No one ever called me back. I called 4 hours later and the person on the phone was extremely rude to me so I am going somewhere else.
We went first thing in the morning to beat the rush and we got right in. I would say the doctor was inexperienced when it comes to children but he quickly diagnosed us, gave a prescription and a coupon to lessen the prescription cost and sent us on our way. It was fantastic!
I went into this horrible Urgent Care tuesday around 7:30 pm. I was not feeling good at all. I was having a real bad lupus flare up. I needed to get treatment fast. I was told I would be called back in a few minutes. The woman calls me up ten minutes later. She told me they would not treat me I needed to leave. I started crying. I gave her my insurance card and license. I have no copay's or deductibles on my health insurance. She even told me she had me on file from Oct 08, 10 visit so everything was current on file.
