Excellent service, personable and friendly staff who all worked together to expedite patient care. SO different from other Urgent Care centers in town. I am so happy this place exists. I even received a follow-up call to inform me of my test results. What a wonderful gem!
Staff was very attentive and friendly. Dr. Sterling really took his time to listen and help my daughter tremendously. Their care and bedside manner is exceptional. Karina, the medical assistant/nurse could not have been nicer and accommodating. I highly recommend Jupiter Farms Urgent Care.
had an excellent experience with Nurse Practitioner Sterling Hall. He is incredibly talented, caring, thorough, and genuinely invested in his patients’ well-being. I recently had both a heart-related concern and a stomach flu at the same time, which was pretty scary. Sterling took the time to really listen, carefully evaluate everything that was going on, and give thoughtful, clear guidance. Sterling Hall was great with my son. He was funny, disarming, and made staples in the back of the head for a 4-yr-old tolerable. I'm glad we have an urgent care out in the Farms.
