Bad bedside manner, disrespectful and inaccurate also, pushy. Bad temperment by all but two employees.
Nothing here seems to ever get done in an urgently manner, waited for an hour and a half before given a room. The hospital is faster. Here’s an edit from an appointment a few months later, had to come back again for an ear infection, got here at 10:40PM and haven’t gotten into a room yet, at 12:32PM (there was three people before me)….still nothing has changed. Clearly something needs to be fixed here.
This place used to be at least okay. Over the years I’m not sure if they don’t have the staff to care for the patients, or what has went wrong. But the average wait time is 2 hours for everything you go for. There should be more providers and availability. Waiting upwards to 4 hours is uncalled for. Also, back in July we went for our daughter who had pneumonia symptoms. They sent us home saying it’s “viral.” ( typical answer) then the next day she was admitted into Geisinger Childrens hospital with acute respiratory failure ... read more
