I just had the worst experience I've ever had at this urgent care by far, and I visit frequently. The doctor I saw cut my appointment short without an explanation and when I asked about it she was unnecessarily rude. I have severe chronic depression with suicidal ideation and it's really a good thing that I was feeling ok today although I was very upset afterwards. I ended up getting through it ok but it could have been very different.
