Came in around 815am for a bad facial poison rash. Granted I waited around an hr. 15mins but there was like 20 people waiting so really not bad considering. After I went back they wasted no time in getting me a shot and prescription which was another maybe 15 20 mins then I was on my way.
THEY ARE CLOSED SATURDAY AND SUNDAY!!!! I checked the website, drove over there, and the sign on the window says closed Saturdays and Sundays!
Our visit was a failure of this facility on numerous levels. I refer to Evan Urgent Care’s website naming our confirmed at home diagnosis for origin seeking this location. It should have been a very simple in-and-out. At check in, we should have been informed this facility is not capable of catheters on pediatric patients. My husband and I love our doctors and how they have been taking better care of us since we switched from Geisinger
Don’t bother wasting your time coming here. There is nothing urgent that even goes on here. Just expect a 2-4 hour wait just to be seen. This place used to be great but now it’s a joke.
