Great PA’s- thoughtful and thorough! Great bedside manners. That’s where it ends. This UC has the most incompetent office staff. I rarely give bad reviews, but I’ve never experienced such ineptness in an office staff. Too many examples to give and details I don’t choose to leave on Google. Please go through your staff and do some training, and then retrain… and then train some more.
This urgent care didnt even see me for a UTI problem i had to go straight to the emergency room and wait for hours and hours and eveytime I sign out of. The emergency room because I don't have a ride ever hopper only runs from 6:30 to 6:30 pm I always. Gotta wage out timing and it's not it I lived in ct they treated me quickly for a uti and I'm PREGNANT I'm This close to being done altogether this state sucks

A big shout out to Rebecca Grose who treated me on Monday morning and made it possible for me to enjoy a wonderful Thanksgiving. I appreciate you and the entire staff at Wellspan and all that you do. I see soooo many negative reviews on here and I don't get it. I've been here several times over the years and have always had courteous and kind caring. Again, Thank You!
Nothing here seems to ever get done in an urgently manner, waited for an hour and a half before given a room. The hospital is faster. Here’s an edit from an appointment a few months later, had to come back again for an ear infection, got here at 10:40AM and haven’t gotten into a room yet, at 12:32PM (there was three people before me)….still nothing has changed. Clearly something needs to be fixed here.
