These people no matter how busy or tired are always very attentive and helpful in any and all concerns
Great PA’s- thoughtful and thorough! Great bedside manners. That’s where it ends. This UC has the most incompetent office staff. I rarely give bad reviews, but I’ve never experienced such ineptness in an office staff. Too many examples to give and details I don’t choose to leave on Google. Please go through your staff and do some training, and then retrain… and then train some more.
