Our visit was a failure of this facility on numerous levels. I refer to Evan Urgent Care’s website naming our confirmed at home diagnosis for origin seeking this location. It should have been a very simple in-and-out. At check in, we should have been informed this facility is not capable of catheters on pediatric patients. My husband and I love our doctors and how they have been taking better care of us since we switched from Geisinger
Don’t bother wasting your time coming here. There is nothing urgent that even goes on here. Just expect a 2-4 hour wait just to be seen. This place used to be great but now it’s a joke.
Bad bedside manner, disrespectful and inaccurate also, pushy. Bad temperment by all but two employees.
Nothing here seems to ever get done in an urgently manner, waited for an hour and a half before given a room. The hospital is faster. Here’s an edit from an appointment a few months later, had to come back again for an ear infection, got here at 10:40PM and haven’t gotten into a room yet, at 12:32PM (there was three people before me)….still nothing has changed. Clearly something needs to be fixed here.
