I have had the BEST experiences with Dr. Patel's office. His staff is thoughtful, professional, prompt and forward-thinking. I can't recommend these folks enough! Definitely check them out!
This practice is very convenient and helpful. I appreciate all they have done.
Dr. Patel is an outstanding primary doctor. He listens carefully and understands my medical concerns. His office also accepts walk-ins, which is very convenient for me due to my work schedule. His medical staff is excellent at handling my referrals and medication refills, and they always remind me about my follow up appointments. I highly recommend Dr. Patel 100% to everyone.
Vickie and Mayra are extremely rude. The only good thing about this office is Dr. Patel his admin are unorganized, rude, unprofessional, and dishonest. They don't make follow-up calls at all but they lie on the charts placing notes indicating they have called. They are very very rude and use condescending tones on the phone. I asked Vickie to transfer me to someone else and see rudely stated you can call back for someone else then she put me on hold and never returned.
