The staff was unequivocally helpful! I had problems with my HSA card and Elizabeth stayed past closing in order for me to contact the company and get everything squared away. Other staffers chatted with me about personal things that made me feel like more than just someone paying a bill. They really cared about me and my health!! The only reason I gave them 4 stars and not 5 is because seeing a physician is $95 which I think is a bit high.
Be prepared to wait, but over all amazing customer service and care. The staff was amazing, very kind and even though i was very sick, managed to keep me in a good mood. Thank you to the whole staff for all you did for me!
I am visiting from California and had to use this facility on April 3rd because I fell flat on my face. I was not a pretty site when I arrived. Needed 6 stitches on my forehead and broke my pinky finger. The staff was professional, attentive and friendly. After three visits I felt like I knew them. A special thanks to all that took care of me.
Never fails that Dr L and staff have for years been able to figure out the issues and fix it. Thankful for their kindness and care.
When I can't get in to my main Dr. * Dr.. Lokkesmoe is my 2nd choice.
Been using Dr Lokkesmoe for years and he is always so pleasant and very professional. . He believes in treating your illness while making sure to know who you are ... his staff are always super nice and I have always been treated with care and respect! I highly recommend anyone looking for great Dr and medical staff to go here!!!
