Unlicensed/Illegal "Nurses" & Non-payment of Correct Wages – Jona Lobaton-Roberts hire unlicensed people to pretend as nurses to her clients.In case you doubt this, IF you get someone from her agency, please ask for the license numbers/IDs. EXTREMELY POOR MANAGEMENT – I question the owner integrity in taking care of seniors. One of the owners Jona Lobaton came to my office to request a paycheck under another name. I explained nicely that she was not athorized to get someone else's check, but proceeded to demand it. She did not even wanted to identify herself, how can you trust this person taking care of the elderly.
Unprofessional owner – Would not recommended this registry. Asked for live in care, no phone call back and charged hourly rate instea of the daily live in rate. Owner very unprofessional and manipulative (crying while trying to say she never got my voicemail.
