I went to this facility to get a COVID swab because I began to have COVID-19 symptoms. The day after my swab I received a phone call from a "contact tracer" from the Department of Health due to my positive test which I was NOT notified about from Urgent Care Now. I immediately call this urgent care and ask them if my results had come in because I was perplexed as to how my results were sent to Department of Health BEFORE they let the me, the patient, know they are COVID positive.
