Visited this urgent care today and received excellent care from the front desk staff and medical staff. The med tech was especially pleasant to interact with, clearly communicating with me everything that needed to be done and what to expect. I recommend visiting this location for the quality of the staff.
I visited this urgent care with my child and also needed to be seen myself. During check-in, I was told registering both of us would “take longer,” so only my child was checked in, and I did not receive the medical care I needed that night. My experience was terrible with this urgent care I went for check since I got hurt at my work place after waiting for 2 hours then they told me to fill out the form and there was insurance section the stuff told me don’t worry about it. Again I wait then upon asking then they told me oh we need insurance number before that they said we don’t need that information. our provider was SUPER RUDE. kept talking over me when explaining my sons symptoms & timeline & she got aggressively annoyed saying that I kept changing up my story. no I didn’t she just wasn’t letting me even talk NOT COMPASSIONATE AT ALL. NOT KIND. NOT THE TYPE OF CARE EXPECTED WHEN MY SON HAS A FEVER LYING ON THE BED LISTENING TO THIS “PROVIDER” GET ANGRY AT HIS MOM WHILE WE ARE THERE FOR HELP. avoid this place. The Staff here is Super Kind and Professional There process is EZ and Efficient. If there is a bit of a wait they will call you twice to let you know to come inside for your appointment. They made my Children feel comfortable 💕 Thanks Andrea, Ashley, Casey, and Bing!!
