Went in on a Sunday, my hip was hurting so bad and, my husband had sore throat and congestion, we love Urgent Care !!! We were able to gi int one room and both be seen, We seen Dr Fortenberry, my husband said he reminds him of Dr Robert Bently, he cares too. I also had Dr Lovely come in and give me a shot in my hip, they took x rays and found a spur...They are AWESOME , I dont get this much attention from my own personal Dr...If you want great service and want to feel like you are getting the personal attention you want and ... read more
This place has great service IF you can get in the door. Hours posted are not correct. We have driven over 45 minutes to get there and found doors locked over 45 minutes before posted closing time.
Excellent staff, way better than the ER.
Called and ask when they closed, ask them to pull my 3 year olds chart because we were on our way with her, got there 17 minutes before they closed to find doors locked, stood there with my child in my arms looking at them and was completely ignorred, would not answer phone and would not give any assistance.
Had to come back and put up my new review and take down my old one. i got there it did not take long for them to get me back there and start to work everyone was so nice the Dr was cool i liked him and he got right on helping me even if he was doing something he made some one come in and take care of me. but he would be right back to see me fast i will be going back from now on no more going to this ER out here in jasper for me. going where there is a real Dr at that cares and the place was nice liked everything about it ver... read more
Comfortable seats in waiting room, short wait before you're place in a room, nice flat screens in rooms that have the Dish tv remotes so you can change the channel to what you want to see, friendly staff, good diagonse too.
