This place is genuinely one of the most inconsistent, unprofessional facilities where I have sought medical care. Despite being in significant pain and desperate for medical intervention, the care I received from the vast majority of the staff was consistently inadequate, dismissive, and felt like a complete waste of time. I had a wonderful experience with the staff at First Care Medical Clinic (Gastonia). From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly friendly, personable, and welcoming. This office continues to make appointments for me without my consent. I have never been a patient there. I only used this office a few times during the pandemic shutdown in 2020 for Covid testing. They have made at least four appointments for me over the last year without my knowledge. I have asked multiple times for them to not do this anymore and to remove me from their system.
