everyone working here has no idea what they are doing. The fact they dont do vaccines if your over 18 should be clarified at the front desk? I can bet they charged my insurance though !! for doing absolutely nothing.
Very upsetting experience. I received insurance charges for appointments I never scheduled for my son or attended at this location. My son has never been to this office—his only visit with this provider was at a different location years ago during COVID. Seeing unauthorized charges on my insurance is extremely concerning. I’m disputing this with my insurance and expect it to be corrected. This is fraud charges coming from this medical office.
This place is genuinely one of the most inconsistent, unprofessional facilities where I have sought medical care. I started receiving care here in March, and since then, I've been put on a medication that doesn't correlate with any of my diagnoses, and I've had to harass them monthly to send the necessary prior authorization to my insurance provider to get it filled, and this month, they abruptly decided they were no longer going to prescribe this brand-name antipsychotic to me (Vraylar) because of the difficulty in filling ... read more
I am writing this review to share my deeply disappointing experience after more than 10 visits to this facility. Despite being in significant pain and desperate for medical intervention, the care I received from the vast majority of the staff was consistently inadequate, dismissive, and felt like a complete waste of time. I had a wonderful experience with the staff at First Care Medical Clinic (Gastonia). From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly friendly, personable, and welcoming.
