I'd give this place a "0" rating if I could. Both receptionists are rude. Had to get their attention while they ignored three of us in the waiting room. To make matters worse, I went back two days later because I needed an updated dr. note since the dr. put the WRONG date on the original. I also needed a stronger cough suppressant med and was told that I had to schedule another appt. So I did. Then I was told they would NOT pull my file. I asked to speak with the dr. URGENT CARE HAS BEEN AROUND FOR OVER 20YRS AND MY FAMILY HAS BEEN TREATED BY THEM MANY TIMES AND WE HAVE BEEN PLEASED WITH THE CARE GIVEN TO US. THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY NO WAIT TIME AND THE DOCTORS ARE VERY COMPASSIONATE AND WELL TRAINED. I RECEIVE A PHONE CALL FROM THEM IN A COUPLE OF DAYS TO CHECK ON US. WE CAN ALWAYS COUNT ON THEM.
