I have been going to this location for years. It’s so close to our neighborhood, and I know so many others that go here as well. It has always been clean and super easy to get into. I am so, so sad the company decided to close down this Urgent Care location. I know a lot of our community is really bummed by Carbon’s decision to take away this urgent care location for our community. I am a divisional sales specialist for a large senior living company and travel week to week. I was in town assisting at Fountainwood at Lake Houston when I needed the services of an ER for x-rays. I cannot brag on Carbon Health enough. Everyone was very understanding, willing to do anything to make me comfortable, and was so very kind. I would recommend CH to anyone traveling or needing an urgent care in the area.
Every experience I’ve had with the Atascocita Carbon Health location has been exemplary! I love the ease of scheduling whether it’s on the weekend of weekday. The staff are always polite and helpful and I‘ve experienced minimal wait time at my appointments. The Physicians are knowledgeable, thorough and courteous. In fact they have diagnosed serious illnesses and escalated the appropriate treatment plan including hospitalization during one of my visits.
