So disgraceful! I went in this morning having an anaphylactic reaction and couldn’t breathe and they refused to see me without payment first (I don’t get paid until next week and it’s 2026, need I say more). I left and came across the street to IHC’s InstaCare and they got me right in, without payment upfront, and had to give me epinephrine and steroids because my throat was closing! I would like to highlight Jarem Lloyd MD, the nurses and front desk. I came in with severe nausea and vomiting. Was helped quickly got IV fluids and medication and felt much better. My wife who drove me was overheating because she had on just a sweatshirt and the nurses got her some water and a cold pack. 10/10 would recommend
As I am currently sitting in a patient room for the last 40 minutes and still no doctor. I am here for help with mastitis. Worst decision ever! This is the worst Tanner clinic has ever done. Why even call me back from the waiting room where I was 20 minutes waiting. This is ridiculous! I will always try to avoid this urgent care in the future.
The Dr. Lloyd and his MA Liz are amazing. Liz in particular is a total rockstar. She goes above and beyond helping take care of patients with their emergent needs. Thanks Tanner Clinic!
