I would give this place no star if I could. I needed urgent care, got there at 7:30, they close at 8, says they can't see me. The nurse was absolutely rude, told me to "wait over there", just to finish a clerical task. I am a patient in need of help, how could you treat someone like that. Absolutely horrible place
They take a long time to treat patients and do not give priority to more serious patients
I showed up also about 35 minutes before closing and was denied service. I asked to get scheduled for a phone appointment they told me they couldn't help me at all.
Great staff, everyone was sweet and professional. I was in and out with medicine in hand in under two hours.
Kind, informative staff even if they can't help you. Be warned they don't have every service available at bigger urgent cares, but will provide options. Wait time is never horrible, about what you'd expect.
