Wow this is an amazing urgent care! I have never been to such a great urgent care. I could have saved myself a couple hospital visits if I knew what a great place this is. They have basically all the capabilities that a hospital would minus an MRI machine and being admitted. The nurses and doctors were very sweet. The nurses even numbed my arm before drawing blood/doing an IV. Never had that done before! Will definitely drive here over going to the one near my house in the future for me or my family.
Excellent care when I was almost incapacitated from severe illness. Dr. Bennett and his medical team went over and above the call of duty when treating me for a severe illness. I am so incredibly grateful for them! Thank you Kaiser Medical Team.
Came in Monday evening with my baby who had a high fever. Everybody was protective of him ! Starting from check-in till we checked out. He was taken in triage as soon as we checked in so he can avoid the waiting area ( flu season). Plus those kind hearted nurses arrange a room for him quickly. Dr saw him and was very kind and empathetic. Answered all my questions and took his time with us. I really appreciate all of you and thank you for being professional and kind towards my little baby. Keep up the good work!
Sat in waiting room of urgent care with my partner throwing up and unable to hold anything down while also having chest pain, finally got back into a room and they sent me over to the pharmacy at 6:58 to grab zofran for my partner, pharmacy tech takes their sweet time and as I'm standing there talking to them, it turns to 7 and they say "sorry the urgent care lied to you about you getting meds, we can't help you since we're closed now".
