I took my mother in to the urgent care and Dr. Marquez was brilliant, professional, and had a sense of humor which put us at ease during a stressful and confusing situation. He helped facilitate coordination across multiple layers of the health care team and made sure all of our questions were answered, did the work to get answers he didn’t have, and made sure we knew what to do going forward. So appreciated!

Sent my friend off in an ambulance without even notifing me while sitting in the waiting room. Also money lost out of his wallet was never returned..

I have had consistently good experiences here. Every time the staff, from the doctors to the janitorial folks, are nice and helpful. The urgent care staff are just always so kind and quick to solve whatever I've come in for without making me feel rushed or like I'm inconveniencing them. Pharmacy is quick too.

I went to this Kaiser urgent care with a straightforward upper respiratory infection and walked out with a $2400 lower abdominal MRI that had nothing to do with my symptoms. During the exam, the PA pressed so hard during palpation that he CREATED the pain he wrote down as justification for imaging.
