I have used Kaiser Urgent Care twice, and both times my wait was short and the physicians were helpful in addressing my concerns. I was satisfied with the care I received. My orthopedic surgeon wanted me to use the emergency department and advised me not to use urgent care when I developed an infection, explaining that urgent care physicians do not have hospital privileges. Had a bad eye infection. Kaiser Permanente did what they could virtually, but eventually told to me go to urgent care where I felt my concerns were addressed and now my eye is healing due to an extremely competent PA named Chris who was of immense help.
