The weight was less than they thought it would be. Everyone there from check-in all the thru rx pick up were kind and caring.
I was waiting to be seen and this older couple was getting out of the car the wife could barely walk and the husband was in those kaiser wheelchair and a kaiser nurse Her name is Kimberly Martinez help them to get to the urgent care that was amazing she made sure they were taking care of that show her commitment to patient care.
I went to Urgent Care on 8/6 for acute flare of left hip pain. I reported that the pain started mild on 7/23 but significantly flared on 8/5 with no apparent reason or recent fall or trauma. I reported a pain scale of 12/10, my husband had to put me in a wheelchair to get inside. The reception staff promptly checked me in and within less than 30 minutes was taken in to one of the rooms. Rudest employees, staff nurses and Dr's.
Josh at the front desk was exceptional ! My daughter was not feeling well and right from the start he greeted us with a smile and great attitude. He went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was taken good care of. Dr Olemda was also very compassionate and willing to answer all my questions. Great experience overall.
