We registered at 11:30 AM. People who arrived before us were seen and left, but somehow patients who came in after us were called back ahead of us, and the look really healthy! So, it's a 1:25 PM now, and we're still watching how dozens of people getting help and receiving messages with apologies. Will never come here again
Come to YOUR APPOINTMENT 2HRS BEFORE !! THIS PLACE HAS THE WORST PARKING ! Drove around for 45mins I didn't want valet to park my car ended up using it because it was getting close to my appointment ended up waiting another 30mins for valet . .
Went in with metal in my eye. From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out. Total of 2 hours. Some of which being my own doing. Care team was excellent. Front staff, nurses, doctors. All very polite and easy to talk with. Everyone was busy and on top of it. By far the better side of urgent cares I’ve experienced. Hopefully to never return…but my first choice if needed.
They did a good job taking care of my wife on a holiday.
