They did a good job taking care of my wife again
Zero sense of urgency from the check-in team despite literally being in the urgent care line. Honestly, I’d recommend everyone leave Kaiser because this is true for the La Mesa, San Marcos, and El Cajon areas as well
Absolutely horrible told i have a double ear infection but told not to get meds until a non rapid flu test comes back in a "couple hours" (bc they are out of rapid test). Well 6 hours later I am calling them to get results and they tell me theres no number for urgent care i need to meet with someone else umm no i need the results back can i speak with a manager oh we have no number for them either straight shit show will be changing my insurence for sure because how can no one call anyone and how is it ok to keep someone wit... read more
I had a really bad eye infection. So, I went to the urgent care. The wait was about a half an hour. There were about six people ahead of me, but I was able to see a doctor fairly quickly. The doctor who saw me was very nice and thorough. She prescribed the medication that I needed and I was better in a week. Sometime, it can be hard to find parking. So, allow extra time for that possible issue if you have an appointment.
We registered at 11:30 AM. People who arrived before us were seen and left, but somehow patients who came in after us were called back ahead of us, and the look really healthy! So, it's a 1:25 PM now, and we're still watching how dozens of people getting help and receiving messages with apologies. Will never come here again
